If you need to cancel your individual appointment please give a minimum of 24 hour notice. If notice is received less than 24 hours before your appointment you will not receive a refund.  If notice is given before the 24 hour cutoff you will either receive a full refund, or have that payment applied to a future appointment. If you are unable to make a Reiki+ appointment only, and I am given less than 24 hour notice, then I will give you distant Reiki during our scheduled appointment time. 

If you need to cancel a group appointment, 72 hours notice is required so I can find someone to fill your spot. If less than 72 hours notice is given, there are no refunds. So please, please be sure if you sign up for group sessions be committed to the dates and times of the group sessions.
