Nourish your Mind. How to Feed yourself Thoughts that Empower and Uplift

Every thought has an emotion behind it.  Spend a few moments picking a phrase you say to yourself and identify the emotion behind it.  Write your thoughts in a journal so you can refer back to it when needed. Once you have that phrase/emotion for yourself then take some time to find a better feeling thought or emotion.
